Our Returns Policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time. It is important to check the integrity of the products purchased, always before use. If errors or problems are found, these must be communicated to us immediately, so that we can proceed with a possible verification. Before returning a particular order, you will need to contact our Customer Service to request a return authorization number. Without this number, there may be difficulties in processing your request, resulting in delays in the entire process. Your statutory rights Our Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights. Right to Cancellation You can withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without having to specify any reason. The withdrawal period will end 14 days after the purchase made by you or when a third party indicated by you, other than the courier, acquires physical possession of the object. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you will need to inform us about your decision, through an appropriate declaration (for example by selecting one of the options below or with a letter sent by post). Effects of Cancellation In the event of withdrawal, the entire amount will be refunded, including the shipping costs incurred during the purchase. Additional costs are excluded from reimbursement, such as choosing a type of delivery other than the standard one we offer and the return shipping costs. In the event of damage and / or loss in value of the product caused by you, deductions from the refund may be applied. The refund will be made without delay and no later than: (a) 14 days from receipt of the returned products (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the date on which the return of the items will be proven; or (c) if the products have not been received, 14 days after the date on which your decision to proceed with the withdrawal will be communicated to us. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise specified by you. In any case, no extra cost will be applied. The direct cost of returning the goods will be at your expense. What to do if i receive the wrong product? Our standards in order processing are absolutely high but errors can occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if the product received is not the one you ordered. As part of our goals, we will do our best to resolve your request quickly, easily and without inconvenience. We will analyze each return request individually; in some cases we may ask you for more information, for example a photo, so that you can choose the best actions to take. Our aim is to provide the best solution, in the shortest possible time. What to do if the product received is damaged? While we do our best to avoid damage to your assets, sometimes problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item. We ask you not to refuse the delivery, but to accept it and contact us immediately. Refusal could lead to a delay in the return process. You can contact us through your account, using the online message center. Please attach an image of the damage to the message. A member of our team will review the details and offer you the best possible solution to the problem. How to report a product defect? Our goal is to ensure that the highest production standards are applied to every order. However, we are aware that problems can occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you believe your product has a defect. We take complaints about the quality of our products seriously and will therefore need to conduct further checks on the defect you have communicated to us. How do I proceed with the return?
Please contact info@bohemcare.com to initiate the return process. We will need to know the order number, which item you want to return and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a unique return authorization number and all the information you need to proceed with the return. Please pack the product securely and make sure the return form is contained in the package. When you ship your products to us, you will need a postal receipt to prove the shipment. This receipt is free of charge, but without it we may not be able to refund or exchange the goods if your package is lost in transit. If you have requested the replacement of a product and the latter is no longer available, we will refund you, using the payment details of the account you used at the time of purchase. The products accepted by you and subsequently returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. So make sure you use an insured shipping service. Will you also reimburse the postage costs resulting from the return? We will be happy to reimburse you for postage costs where the return was caused by our error. For instance: We have sent you the wrong product · The product has a defect and / or is damaged · Return of a replacement product that you do not want to keep We will not refund if the return is due to the fact that you no longer want the item in question.
